I can’t say enough good things about Jessica at Grant-Shannon Staffing. She has helped me find not just one, but two amazing roles - my previous position and now my current one. Every time I work with her, she is professional, encouraging, and incredibly dedicated. She communicates clearly, checks in often, and truly advocates for her candidates. Jessica is the best recruiter I've worked with to date. Her approach of reviewing your physical resume, in addition to listening closely to what you're looking for in your next role made me feel heard, valued, and confirmed that we were on the same page. Jessica was so diligent about setting you up for success prior to any interviews, providing context around what the employer is looking for, and addressing any questions to help you feel confident and prepared. Receiving constructive feedback and suggestions for both how to approach interviews, and ways to finesse your resume is a skill she excels in. Her warm demeanor and encouragement demonstrates her excellent "connections and relationships" driven approach that highlights what makes her great at what she does. I was so incredibly fortunate to find my new place of employment because of her. She took it a step further to connect in person to check in and see how I was acclimating. This further affirms her strength in not only building relationships with those seeking employment, but also with the clients whom she's worked with to build and maintain a strong rapport. I worked with Jennifer at Grant Shannon around March of 2024, went to two interviews and landed a job at a great company. Throughout the process, Jennifer guided me every step of the way to make sure I felt confident and understood what was happening on every end of the application. She was quick to respond and showed eagerness to help me.
