Don’t waste your time on this agency. I was promised two interviews and never got them. I would follow up with emails about the interview statuses and they either don’t reply or you have to contact them a second time for them to respond. The recruiter said over and over that he’ll check up on the actual company’s for the interview date but I doubt I’ll ever get one. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t got a single email for an interview. They make it seem promising for a job but you never even get to the interview stage. There’s definitely better staffing agencies out there. And it seems like they always have this issue that I’ve seen on Yelp.

The entire process was made easy by the team at Russel Tobin. They found a job that fit perfect for me, and was in my desired pay range. Helped prepare me for the interview and provided coaching and tips specific for the job and the follow up was amazing. Alex P. And Lorrin have both been especially helpful. Even now while I’m at my new job and loving it russel Tobin has stayed in touch and been personal and on point. I have gone through a lot of different hiring agencies when I moved to a new city and this was by far the best and only one I would truly recommend.

I have had a great experience with Russel Tobin. I had just graduated college and was looking for an entry level position. They connected me with a job that is temp to hire and has been amazing since then. They are responsive, they check in with you and they make sure that you are informed about the job and communicate well. I have no complaints. I am so glad I was able to get my foot in the door to start my career!

I worked with Gavin R at Russell Tobin to get a new job and the experience has been great. They were able to get me in for an interview within 48 hours. I had the job that same day. They are strong advocates for their employees. I would recommend working with them to get the next job. They ensure you get the salary desired. They also make sure to check in to see how things are going and if there is any questions. A great experience overall.

I was contacted by Michaela J. with Russell Tobin regarding a position. The position was in my field of Insurance and would be a perfect fit for me. Michaela was very helpful with a very positive attitude that made me feel good about going thru the process. I was contacted by another agency regarding the exact same position but I told them I was already working with an agency. I did that because of the friendly and positive vibes I got from Michaela. I was able to get the interview and start the contract very soon. I visited the office and was greeted by Lorrin, Michaela and executives at the agency. It was great to put a face to the voice! I felt good and will be happy to work with the Russell Tobin agency.
