I have been trying to change my case worker for EVER. She is unhelpful and almost works against my life. Most of the resources they have available for people, they don't even make known or use for the people who need them. GET IT TOGETHER HIRED.

First off I’d like to start by saying thanks to everyone running the cna program but I’d like to give a special shoutout to my most favorite teacher Serena Armstrong for always showing up & showing out you pushed me so hard to keep going you are the most kindest person in the world you have the heart of gold thanks so much for everything you have the greatest passion for teacher & now because of you & mctc I am now A Cna I didn’t know where to goo but you were there to lead me in the right direction thanks everybody who works at this foundation your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed keep changing people’s lives

Staff is horrible, as well as management. Been trying too change my caseworker for almost 2yrs and still nothing or a change. 0/10
