I had the pleasure of working with Jon and Jacqui from Emergent Staffing during my job search, and they were fantastic. They’re that rare combination of people who genuinely care about both the company’s needs and the candidate’s success. They’re approachable, authentic, and just easy to talk to — honestly, the kind of people I’d happily hang out with. I’m confident I’ll be working with them again in the future when it’s time to build my own team.

Horrible candidate experience. Not the best agency to represent your company. The recruiting team seems inexperienced, their coordinator is unprofessional. Most top talent wont endure these bad practices, but I wouldn't expect this team to understand that.

The recruiting process was quick and easy. Each step was clearly defined and the recruiter was on top of the process and responsive to any questions I had. The entire process was about 2 weeks. The vetting process is thorough which is refreshing knowing you will be joining an organization that spends the time to make sure the fit is good. I have been with Emergent Software for a little over 3 months and I am happy with the work I am doing. The "new employee" support has been very good. I have had the opportunity to wokr on a number of different projects.

Working with Emergent was an ease and great experience. They vet out their candidates so they aren’t wasting any parties time, proper representation and reporting throughout the process. If needed, I would recommend them again. Look forward to working with them on the other side as a hiring manager.
