I tried the app, unfortunately it was all AI asking you to submit your ID and saying that your background check is complete. I wish I couldn't have done that as my status remains stalled on the app (and the website), but once I called, Allie took over and was amazing. She is professional, takes the time to listen, and really tries to find the best fit. Highly recommend working with her!

You will never get a human being to pick up their phone(wichita,ks) and assist you through the I-9 process, let alone job placement. So many options better than this one, take Randstad completely off your list.

Press this button and press that button just for an inaccurate wait time. I decided to do the call back option just to press a few more buttons and became frustrated over the language barrier from their outsourced call center that seems completely disconnected to this company. I had one simple question that could not be answered. The only answer I received was to download the app. I will take my labor and apply for local companies with locals answering the phones.

Shaye was outstanding in the amount of effort and work she put into getting me several interviews and the one that inevitably led me to the final one which landed me a great position with a great company. I owe her a debt of gratitude and appreciation. She’s the best!

Shaye worked herself to the bone getting me multiple interviews, doing research and guiding me through multiple offers. She went above and beyond in her communication and fight for me.
