After I lost my job in Texas due to layoffs, my family and I were forced to move to Kansas to live near family. Trying to provide for a one year old as well as my wife and myself on unemployment was extremely difficult and stressful. After months of constant rejections from multiple employers in the Wichita area, my resume eventually made it to Aston Carter. Their representative, Dane, gave me a call to ask if I would be interested in contract work for Koch Industries. I, of course, was absolutely interested and Dane went to Koch’s hiring manager on my behalf and was able to convince Koch to give me a shot. Since then, Dane has been attentive to any question I’ve had, always acted with the utmost integrity, and coached me with great career skills that will help me for years to come. With Dane giving me a shot when no one else would, I’ve now been put in a place where I’ve just recently accepted an offer to work at Koch full-time. If anyone is reading this wondering who Aston Carter is, give them a shot. This company is all about helping people who share a similar story like mine get back into the workforce and put in places to succeed. Thank you Dane and the Aston Carter team. This is great way to start/change your career. The team at Aston Carter had my best interest in mind. I did a partial career change after being in a particular industry after 20 years. 1 year after teaming with Aston Carter, I was offered a full time position with the new company. I could not be happier.

I have truly enjoyed working with this company, especially the recruiter Dane. He is genuine and helpful and always available to answer questions. They have found me contract work and placement direct with companies. I would strongly suggest them to anyone looking for employment!!!
