Elite saved my life ! Quite literally ! As a newly single mom with no where to turn! The staff at Elite was there with open arms ! And did the best to keep me on a job ! I couldn’t thank them enough, and the Owner for seeing me inside and out !

I worked a few different jobs through Elite and after I was taken off of the last one after being told they no longer needed the help, they told me 2 days later when I called to see when I could work again that they would no longer be giving me any work and wished me the best of luck. When they took me off the last job they did not call and tell me the day before and I drove 30 min to the job at 6 am only to call and find out that they “forgot” to call me to tell me I didn’t need to go back out there. They provided to not give me any information as to why they would no longer be giving me jobs. I know for 100% certainty that I didn’t nothing to warrant them not giving me any work. But they refused to tell me any kind of reasoning. It also happened multiple times that I would get to a job only for them to call me and tell me my help was no longer needed. So much wasted gas and time through them and I would never recommend them.

I walked into elite staffing feeling a bit defeated, as I have been unemployed for 3 weeks. I had previously been sent on a job assignment through elite staffing in 2018 upon release from prison and I was still struggling in my addiction and walked off the job. I was then told I could never work for elite again. Today I faced my fears and approached the company with a changed heard and mind with a determination to face whatever challenges come my way, the worst they could say is no right? Lo and behold they truly walk in forgiveness and are giving me another shot! Great people full of kindness and professionalism! Highly recommend.

I didn’t have the best of experiences and i’m actually really disappointed. I felt like my time was wasted there. I had applied for 2 jobs one of them being a receptionist that I really wanted I had an interview a week ago. I ended up getting a call to come in and do I9 onboarding thinking it was for that specific job. I ended up waiting 40+ mins to take my urine test since I couldn’t use the restroom so I was waiting the whole entire time and I had to take it for that specific position. when I had brought up that position multiple times I felt like I was being brushed off and then the girl brought up about the other position I applied for so I was fine with that until they told me I don’t have enough work experience yet so I pretty much have to do these other on call jobs for a week or 2 until they see i’m reliable and then id even be considered for that job which I understand. Just felt like I wasted my time and they could possibly do better with the long wait periods.

I have been working with this staffing company to find a job, and although I have not been placed yet, the experience has been very positive. Everyone I have talked to has been nice, helpful, and easy to work with. Roeya has been especially great and has been patient and supportive while helping me complete all the paperwork. I really appreciate how smooth and pleasant the process has been so far.
