This company will keep you you working...if you're lazy and like to milk your job you're probably gonna have something bad to say...in that case find somebody else to work for...this agency will help you help your self..

The staff here are nice and really want to find people who want to work. Day labor shops are not always first come first serve, building a reputation of being reliable and willing to work is what gets you priority. Considering that this is a day labor operation for the most part, one has to temper expectations. Pay isn't always great, but mostly you get paid daily. Most importantly, SHOW UP in the morning when they open, like be waiting at least in your vehicle for them to open the door. Once you have established yourself as a good worker then you may not have to report so early. Follow instructions and be respectful and you will find this to be a good place to find short term income with the possibility of longer term assignment.

Jim,the older guy. Will be calling people to send them out on a job and your standing right there. You need to show up 5 thirty in the morning if you want to work. Even if you are better than 9 of 10 other people.

Not dependable source of work. Will allow others to go to work, even though you showed up first and signed in. Will talk about other employees or workers, while you are standing in front of him. If you miss a day, or for whatever reason. Your left in the dark. Jim seems to be unbelievably selective, even if people are starving for work.
