While visiting the city building, I was asked to remove my dog for no reason. I informed the officer that he was service trained and used a hand signal to sit and down the animal to demonstrate obedience training. The officer told me that there were no dogs allowed, and then told me this was not a service dog. I got agitated and left. I was hostile, but the entire time my dog was under control and calm. This has happened on three occasions, and after the fourth trip I did not take the animal. I have been told there are no dogs allowed and have been unable to get an answer regarding how to demonstrate that this is a service dog. They have asked me none of the legal questions regarding animals of this kind (is it a service dog, what service does it provide) and further it has been one officer in particular who has targeted me. Besides my interactions with her, no one has had an issue with the animal at this building.

The only problem I had is with some of the male guards at the check-in. They were cocky and disrespectful. As I was leaving they was talking trash about me. Other than that everything else went ok.
