had an amazing experience working with Robert Half throughout my hiring process. Robert Half has honestly been one of the best staffing agencies I’ve ever worked with. From day one, the communication, professionalism, and overall support have been top tier. What really stands out is how proactive and consistent they are. They don’t just place you and disappear they stay connected, keep you informed, and make sure you’re aligned with opportunities that match your experience and pay expectations. I want to personally highlight Wendi Oliver. She made my interview process feel warm and genuine. She reached out before my previous assignment even ended to make sure I had something lined up, and she consistently checked in, sent encouraging messages, and made the whole process feel personal. That kind of care is rare. Maddie Miller has also been amazing. She keeps you updated throughout the onboarding and waiting process, communicates any changes, and makes sure you never feel out of the loop. That level of transparency really reduces stress and builds trust. I’ve worked with other temp agencies before, and this experience is completely different in the best way. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, responsive, and supportive. At this point in my career, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t mind continuing long-term with Robert Half, whether as a contractor or even becoming part of their internal team. That says a lot. I have been an office temp finding great positions through Robert Half. Some positions have lasted years and I am still employed by them on my terms as a temp. Others have lasted months and some weeks. I truly enjoy the many assignments I’ve been working through this top notch recruiter. Such a diversity of perspectives. I’ve recommended and involved many of my friends and family members who have also been very satisfied with the quality of companies and assignments RH has available. The pay is competitive and timely. My recruiters are always looking out for me.

When i started the process of interviewing for a role with RH, the recruiter was very responsive and called me almost everyday to give me updates leading up to the interview. Days after the interview, I was informed that I wasn’t selected for the position through text and was told that I would receive a call later that day to get feedback which was received 4 days later. Instead of probing for more concrete feedback, I was told that the interview went well but I wouldn’t be a good fit for the team or the role even though the Chief HR officer suggested that i should interview for the new role instead of the original position that I applied for. They lacked professionalism and basic best practices considering this is an HR based company.
