I feel incredibly lucky to work for such a great agency who is able to help me find a position that I enjoy. I am on my 2nd position through TGHR and I really think it is a great fit! They have placed me in positions that are right for me and utilizes my skills and experience. I can't recommend this agency enough!

I wish I reached out to That's Good HR earlier in my job search. It would of saved me so much time and energy. I worked with TGHR 10 years ago and got a placement fairly quickly and I enjoyed the job. This time around, I was able to get a job 2-3 weeks after interviewing with Julie, she's a rockstar! I'm so grateful that Julie took the time to advocate for me and listened to what I was looking for. I couldn't of asked for a better way to start the new year.

That's Good HR was one of the first temp agencies I reached out to after I was recently furloughed from my job. Both Erin and Kirstia were very understanding, easy to talk to and dedicated to finding me any available assignments. I ended up being placed with a wonderful company for a few weeks until I started my new full time job. I will always recommend That's Good HR to anyone who is looking for a new, fresh start to their careers!

Julie is truly awesome to work with. She is attentive, timely, organized, and knows her stuff. Her commitment to remaining a resource for you as a candidate throughout the entire process is truly one of a kind. From interview prep to insights on the organization to even helping smooth the onboarding process. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Julie throughout this process. She has even checked in with me throughout my first week and provided some words of encouragement and clarity to help me navigate the job transition.

This agency is unprofessional. I was "ghosted" from a recruiter because they didn't want to send me on the job they interviewed me for. I think they don't hire people of color. I was told the job wasn't available, after weeks later of not hearing from anyone. However, the job was still listed on the website. Very strange behavior from people trying to help you get a job you're qualified to do. It's disappointing that jobs are choosing not to hire people because they are of color.. I guess I will try robert half.
