They really are not about what they say they are. When you first start the program they preach about reaching out to them but NEVER respond and when they do respond they are rude and make no sense. I got an email for Christmas help, I emailed back, then was asked if I could come in and when I responded was told not to come into the building. I reached out to my training works coordinator, like they expressed for us to do in the first two weeks if we need them for Anything and when I finally said something about not ever hearing back it was switched on me for being rude. Like yeah I’m irritated because I did the program with high intentions of good people and support around me. They are not a good program for single mothers or really anyone with kids if you ask me.

Terrible experience. The first time I got help through them they were excellent. Second time, not so much. Non communication with the person working my file, very rude, wanted to talk over me etc. I mostly had to do the reaching out. Receptionist even has a nasty attitude when you call. All in all I’m African American and majority of who works there is the same. I do not like doing business with unprofessional people. They lacked accountability & often placed blame on me. If you are in serious need like I was with rent I’d look elsewhere. Do better ! You’re supposed to help people not make them feel less than because they need help
