Ben Ellis was able to offer some clutch advice at a crossroads in my employment situation. He was patient as he listened to my situation, asked helpful, probing questions, and then instead of giving a pat answer, laid out a couple of different paths and measured the pros and cons of each. After talking with Mr. Ellis, I felt more in control of my situation.

Highly disappointed by service received, waited a whole week to see if my case would be taken just to be emailed back at midnight that it would not. Which is very unprofessional. I gave solid reasons for a case and even looked up the Indiana Codes that were broken and gave concrete proof as to how they were broken along with the IC number to understand my situation better. I am greatly disappointed by how this national law firm dealt with the situation.
