EmployIndy has only wasted my time. They send me all of these applications that literally take an hour+ to finish, and the required* sections of the applications are unreasonable and way too time-consuming for a market that is struggling to get applications in. They send out pre-typed emails continually letting people know that they have over 1000 jobs available, even though 3/4's of those jobs do not pertain to me in any way whatsoever, nor would I have any training whatsoever for those jobs, but hey, "We're gonna bold it anyway to add emphasis and keep reminding you that we have 1000 jobs available to you." It's a joke, and now my representative is not responding and owning up to take accountability for sending me bad jobs. By the way, according to her words, Tiffani McLaurin is literally the only rep working at Employ Indy handling more than 300 cases. SO WHY isn't Employ Indy hiring more people to cover the back log!? Irresponsible, unprepared, and sending jobs that are unverified, irrelevant, and the ones that are relevant, I NEVER hear back about most of them. So I'm spending all of my time applying, and rarely ever hearing any kind of outcome. No responses, no accountability, and not helpful in any way.

The company is full of drunks that don't show prejudice about helping people of color!!! Especially Ms. Wright & Ms. Betsy!!!
