Very corrupt. I used to work there and could not believe what goes on! They post jobs that are already filled so they could lure applicants to have as "inventory". That's why when you contact them they say they're sorry, the position has already been filled. They were never searching in the first place! They just want to waste your time because they have to have a quota of "inventory". They may send you on interviews because for liability they have to show they don't discriminate. They also use you to get inside information about companies. They get the company name, your managers and supervisors names, then use that information as a soft introduction to contact your prior employers to make sales. You are completely manipulated for their gain, not to give them a job. They do this when they hire recruiters too. They don't hire recruiters for a long-term job, they hire them to get their connections from companies they came from and then let them go once that insider information is under database. Also, your personal identification information is not secure. Your birth date and social security number is not protected. Don't waste your time with them.

I reached out directly, they transfer me to someone else's voicemail, never got a callback. Applied to numerous jobs same day as posted, still have yet to speak with anyone from this place. Not much of a staffing firm if I'm supposed to just randomly apply to things and hope for the best. No clue what these recruiters do all day, you have people ready to be placed with roles that are perfect fits yet the job sits there unfilled. Probably like a majority of staffing firms, posting fake jobs to farm peoples information.

I absolutely loved working directly for Robert Half as an FTEP. Wonderful teams both in Charlotte, NC, and Colorado Springs, CO. I am excited for my new role being fully hired by a client, but Robert Half led me to this opportunity, and I will never forget it! The people, the benefits, the many learning opportunities, the job placements, and overall working with RH was a joy.

If you are a recruiter, don’t work here. They only pay salaries in the form of a DRAW which means that you are constantly on a hamster wheel to produce and if there are slow periods, it means you see $0 in bonus during the good ones. In other words, your effort goes unrewarded and Robert Half takes almost $0 in financial risk or investment. Hope the people interviewing for roles there hear this. Go somewhere that pays an actual salary, invests in their people, and doesn’t have massive turnover. This place is a revolving door.
