I spent months looking for a better job than what I was at and had no luck. After about a week with employment solutions they placed me in a fantastic position doing what I enjoy and making much more than I did at my previous job. I was unsure about finding a job this way because I expected them to be doing the jobs no one wants to do but that absolutely wasn't the case. It was really nice to get signed up with employment solutions and essentially have a case manager to to act as a liaison and help me with interviews and questions I had. Definitely going through them for my next job hunt.

I would definitely recommend Employment Solutions, it's been a great experience from the first day I went into the office and filled out my application, I ended up getting a great job that I really enjoy going into work everyday, it's really changed my life for the better, I'm so happy that I got hired at the company that they sent me to. Anytime I needed anything, Employment Solutions helped me right away, I have not one negative thing to say about them. They all are a good staffing agency and do a wonderful job at what they do. I really am very happy where I'm at now and I know that they will do the same for you if you go down there and have them find the right job for you. I was always paid on time never any issues with my direct deposits. I'm serious when I say that my total experience with them has been GREAT! I am really happy I got a job I really like and it really has changed my life! Another thing I must say is Employment Solutions would check in with me and always made sure I was happy with my job and really showed they care about how everything was going, and everyone I have talked to throughout the months I've been there all of them has a positive attitude and were very nice no matter what the situation was. Employment solutions wasted no time with finding me a perfect place to work. They positioned me perfectly for the interview and made sure the process was seamless before and after I landed the job. Amalia and Daniel were fantastic with communication and guidance through the interview process. I am extremely grateful this has been a successful experience.

This company is garbage. They will deny your callsback to back & text you saying there are no good fits without reaching out and telling you about jobs. They will fire you for using you freedom of speech. This organization is trash they do not value hard work or people that never call in or are not ever late. I recommend using indeed.

Beware this elaborate data mining scam. A young gentleman sat down with me for not even ten minutes asking me about my experience and skills, looked over my resume and said I had a really good opportunity lined up in Golden for work at a beverage warehouse. Then I was handed a "drug test" and told to swab a big gray sponge in my mouth and spit a bunch of times into a vial, that the test is not valid "until the stick turns red", which it never did. So I'm swabbing and spitting into a jar in the middle of a crowded office like my life depended on it, meanwhile the secretary (who gave big time probation officer vibes) stared me down like I was doing something wrong but never did anything to help or correct me. Customarily you're made to pee in something or on something to verify your sobriety and I have never taken a drug test like that before. So now I'm concerned they have my DNA on file for some weird reason. I never once got a call back, just occasionally a spammy text asking if I was still interested in career opportunities because they have so many. When you reply "why yes I am still interested" to the text, it never replies back. It was the weirdest and most frustrating temp staffing experience I ever had, a blatant scam to take your info and your specimen and give it to Lord knows who.
