Constant "queue is full" on all listed phone numbers, only way to reach unemployment office is by going out of my way to use the local workforce center to call using their phones which some how connect with the exact same contact number. Hire more real people to answer your phones instead of that automated junk.

Reminds me of being in probation. I was one job search short last week (2/3) said I was "depressed" for that week and now they want a medical note or they'll waive my pay for the week? Absolutely asinine. My benefits barely exceed $300 with my PT job as it is. Any government program you'd do best to avoid. Don't lose your job if possible, this crap is NOT worth the hassle.

It should be criminal how grossly ineffective the Colorado UI system is. Understaffed department with byzantine workflows and a clunky interface. You can be highly tech savvy and still not be able to negotiate through these processes, and good luck trying to speak with a human who can help you. Everything is redirected to an AI chatbot or online, neither of which is helpful. I'm fortunate that I didn't have food and bills riding on me getting unemployment, but it's still frustrating not to be able to collect an insurance to which I am entitled (by their own admission) for which I have paid premiums for years well in excess of my would-be draw. This level of ineptitude is a blight to the State of Colorado.

NO IN PERSON SERVICES WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I haven’t been able to figure out how to make an appointment by Scanning QR in the pic either. Hopefully this helps someone. Calling only leads to an infinite loop.

It’s like they do not want you to know how to navigate the system, and there’s no support! I have reached out to people for a week! No response! This is unfair based off of everything I have had to unfairly deal with! Help please it does not work on my end and no support available!
