I had an interview with recruiter and then was told I had to do some testing, it was required before they'd look for a job for me, this AFTER the interview. Then I go to do the testing and it's 2.5 hours worth of testing! They should be up front about how much time is needed for and that it's REQUIRED before you even start the process! I did 2 of the tests then got fed up and just guessed the rest of the way through to just get the mandatory test done and haven't heard a word since!

I'm very happy with my experience with Beacon Hill Staffing! I worked with Tom Fastert. He was punctual and SO helpful throughout the interview process from phone screening, schedule technical interview, offer letter, etc I got a software engineer position with only 1-step interview process.
