I rarely write reviews, however the support I received from Azia Johnson was excellent. She was always on top of important deadlines and providing me all the information for me to really do well in the interview process and the role itself. If you get the opportunity to work with her you are in more than capable hands she will always make you feel like you have someone in your corner.

The reviews are very accurate. My situation was very similar to the ones I’ve read below. I’m still going to describe my experience and will mention the name of the recruiter that reached out to me. A recruiter by the name Alexa/Lexi Preddie reached out to me about a particular job that sounded amazing as I was looking for a good paying job with little to no experience but seemingly having no luck. Thinking this job offer fell from the sky, I was very grateful and rearranged my entire day to set this interview. The day of the interview, 5 minutes in I have yet to receive a Microsoft’s teams link to chat have the interview. I email Alexa and ask her if there’s a link to the meeting, she says “ Apologies I am wrapping up another call at this time!” Don’t know what “wrapping” up means to this person but clearly she’s living on a different planet than the average person. My appointment was at 4:45 pm. I sent an email out about the link at 4:46 pm She responds at 4:50 Time passes and still no link at 4:56pm i emailed her and told her “I’m no longer interested in doing this interview” How incredibly cruel and rude to get someone’s hopes up knowing they’re looking for employment just to bait them into believing something. I don’t know who i have to talk to to make sure my complaints get addressed but I will be bringing this to upper management. Not even the type to do things like that, but i guess there’s a first for everything.

I give 4 stars for the company, but if i could rate my recruiter it would definitely be a zero if I could. I should've known the warning signs from the start. I was not able to finish up my hiring paperwork for a week because i was having issues with app. I tried calling my recruiter, who never answered his phone or replied to my emails. Someone other than my recruiter was able to help me. The position I applied for was for $21-$22 and Alex E. told me I could work early shifts after training. When I spoke with the manager of the company after my first day, I was told he doesn't have that option and my pay was lower than what was advertised. Recruiters usually check on their employees after their first day and on a regular basis, but I never heard from Alex. I then had problems with my timesheet and finally had assistance from payroll department. I emailed Alex and recevied a reply he was out of the office until Tuesday. I emailed him Tuesday and never heard back from him. I was so frustrated with being lied to and all the problems I encountered. I eventually left my position THEN....the recruiter wants to call and email me. In the end he tried to turn everything on me. He should be there for his employee like most recruiters.

Rebecca Gonzales (Phoenix location) is so helpful and such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her. She’s been so great to me, with tips and advice, finding the right fit. I love the passion she has for helping others! She changed my life.
