If I could give Scion Staffing a nothing rating I would. Have way thru my work day, they shut me out and asked for $17. Then they would let me continue my work. They actually asked me to pay them! That is totally illegal.

I thought using an agency to hire staff was for other types of companies - not a social justice non-profit. But as an Executive Director I was hitting a wall when hiring a development staffer. I didn't have enough time to vet candidates. Everyone I encountered from the Scion team was so welcoming and took the time to really understand the organization, our values and needs. They hit it out of the park when finding qualified candidates for us to interview. Were open to feedback every step of the way and in less than a month I had interviewed and hired someone who is working out great. I am a fan and will use again and will recommend.

I recently completed my first consulting gig with Scion Staffing in Los Angeles. I am extremely happy with my recruiter Sarah and the way she treated me from start to finish. I enjoyed working for this agency. They will go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience and are very proactive. Not like some agencies that they place you and forget about you. I look forward to working many more projects with Scion Staffing in the near future. In short, I highly recommend this Staffing agency.

Working with Scion Staffing during my hiring process was a new and very helpful experience for me. Emily O. was the recruiter that handled my case and she was exemplary. She kept in constant contact with me through the interview and hiring process, even checking in on off hours. She answered all my questions and communicated all of my interests to the company. I think most importantly she quickly built relationship of trust and gave sound advice, ultimately helping me find the perfect job for me! So grateful for her and Scion Staffing’s help in my job search.
