I’m so happy I decided to use Inside Recruiter! I chose them because the services offered were well tailored for different career levels, were priced reasonably, and the staff worked as recruiters and knew what to look for. They are also the only company I found that listed their staff member names, pictures, and backgrounds on their website. I was paired with the amazing Sharon Hung! She is extremely kind, polite, patient, and professional. She asked so many thorough questions about my work history, accomplishments, and career goals, as well as reviewed a job post I had provided to better fit my resume for the types of jobs I want. I didn’t think I had any accomplishments in my past work, but Sharon was great in guiding me to think about my actual work duties and how those could be translated into achievements. I had done so much more than I realized! She was excellent with communication-answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. My finished resume was fantastic-great quality! She brought my accomplishments to life instead of just a list of duties. She even used the volunteer work I did while out of work during the pandemic to fill in what would’ve been a gap in employment. My new resume had a lot of writing and I was worried it would be overlooked, but Sharon took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the strategy behind her work, and made me feel comfortable knowing there was still time for edits if needed. And for an added bonus, Sharon frequently provided job application tips throughout our time working together! I have started applying for jobs with my new resume and Sharon’s application tips in mind, and I am so excited to see what’s next. Thank you so much Sharon and Inside Recruiter!

Caroline and the Inside Recruiter team were a joy to work with. They were prompt and professional, never wavering in their commitment to making my resume the best it can be. I’m fully confident that I can land some interviews and hopefully a job now that these necessary changes and revisions to my old resume have been made. Great value for all the time spent — Caroline was receptive to feedback, but also extremely compelling when articulating the reasons behind every one of her revisions. That meticulous attention to detail combined with care is not easily found, and thus I am extremely grateful for Caroline’s help!

I am very happy with the excellent service I have received from Inside Recruiter, especially from Nate. They have gone above and beyond to help me with updating my resume and with preparing for my interview. Nate was my consultant and he has a lot of vital knowledge on resume writing and job search. Even though I thought my resume was in pretty good shape, they turned it into an amazing resume. In less than a week after our initial phone call, they provided me with a resume that was clean and professional where all my skills and experiences stood out for recruiters. After applying to positions with the resume, I received multiple phone interviews. In addition to a resume, I also signed up for an Interview Prep session and felt more confident during my interviews after following their tips/guidelines. Inside Recruiter is very hands on, quickly replying to any questions I had on my resume or and even getting on multiple phone calls to go back and forth on updates. They also fixed my LinkedIn page :) It's great working with such a personable service that puts their clients first. Nate gives 110% to make sure his clients succeed on their job search and he is a pleasure to work with. I am lucky to have worked with him and would recommend the company to anyone that is looking for a new job.
