Staff were very helpful & if I had any questions they were there to assist positive attitudes & very professional. Staff made something that felt stressful for me to figure out, easy and answered all my questions that same day. Keep up the amazing job, you're making a difference.

I don’t like putting people on the spot, but this place is unprofessional. Anthony makes promises and doesn’t follow through. He constantly says he’ll call me back, but I end up having to call him myself every time. It’s frustrating to deal with this kind of service, especially when this is supposed to be helping people. When I asked for his supervisor’s email, he clicked the phone. It’s sad that he gets paid to do nothing. Hired people that like to help people. The front desk staff also needs training. There is no customer service, and it feels like they all cover for each other instead of actually helping. This experience has been disappointing and needs improvement.

Not only are they utterly useless, but they are also subtly destructive to the applicants they pretend to help. They shuffle you around asking to fill out the forms (clearly for their own reporting and, surely, funding purposes), ask for a number of additional documents - with their faces visibly brightening if you do not have those - "now, my Dear, you have to go and get those. Go now and do not come back till you get those. You are on your own now. Or, and do not forget a letter from Selective Service System. It will take you at least a month to get that, but we are fine to wait - we are comfortable here. As for you - feed yourself somehow till SSS will reply". When you have finally prepared the whole package of documents they had asked for, they accept it ostentatiously unhappily and without enthusiasm and then your case manager disappears. the manager does not answer your calls and messages, and when you just walk in without appointment their colleagues say that the manager is not here today, and may be will be in the office next week. Can anybody else help you? Of course not, it is only your manager who can help, and they are not here. A huge number of people pretending to do useful job but, in reality, making unrepairable damage to the taxpayers for the taxpayers' money. Blatant mockery in the open and at which cost?! At whose account?! Bringing more despair and frustration to desperate people who come for help looking for a job to survive. Unbelievable and inexcusable.

Don’t come here to waste your time people are rude and unprofessional. Case managers often stand outside chatting instead of assisting clients. My case manager, Guadalupe, never returns my calls and comes across as very unapproachable. Her assistant, Ericka, is always on the phone and unavailable. Overall, the lack of professionalism and follow through is extremely frustrating. 👎🏻

Noemi the security guard was extremely helpful in helping me get resources today. she helped me fill out my application, print my guard card, and making me feel seen and valued
