I’ve been working with Go-Staff for over a year now, and they’ve been an incredible resource for my construction projects. As a contractor, having reliable labor you can count on—especially on short notice—is critical, and Go-Staff has consistently delivered. In particular, my representative Madelyn Whalen has gone above and beyond time and time again. She has made things happen last minute when we needed it most and has been extremely responsive and helpful through every challenge that comes up on a job site. Over the past year, they’ve helped me source a wide range of skilled workers depending on the needs of the project—from framers for pickup work, to finish carpenters assisting with vanity installations, to flaggers for traffic control, and general laborers who help keep the project clean and moving efficiently. Their ability to quickly source dependable, quality workers is truly impressive. The quality of the people they send speaks for itself. In fact, we’re currently looking at bringing one of the workers on full time because of how well he’s performed on our project. If you’re a contractor looking for a staffing partner who understands the realities of construction and can deliver reliable labor when you need it, I highly recommend Go-Staff—and especially working with Madelyn Whalen.

Seriously, the service here was so unprofessional and incredibly rude. It feels like you need to be part of their inner circle or a family friend to get any decent treatment. Honestly, it seems like that's the only way to even get acknowledged. It's a shame because this experience is clearly not just mine. I'm pretty sure a lot of people feel the same way about this situation.

Had a really good experience with the Los Angeles office. The location is super central, which makes it easy to get to no matter where you’re coming from. The staff works hard to keep you working and really puts in the effort to find you a long-term placement. You might have to take a few day jobs here and there at first, but if you show up, work hard, and stay consistent, they’ll line you up with some solid opportunities. Overall, it’s a team that wants to see you succeed and is willing to put in the work to help you get there.

Honestly, my thoughts about Go Staff are that it’s okay, but the reason I’m giving it five stars now is because of one worker: Giovanni. He came in and completely turned that place around. Every time I see him, he’s like a giant ray of sunshine. Whenever I feel at my lowest or financially unstable, he quickly lifts my spirits, calls me, and helps get me to a job. Giovanni is phenomenal, and I wish more workers were like him. He’s truly the shining light of a summer sky. When Giovanni is there, I know for a fact that work will be provided for me and that I’ll receive excellent customer service. I won’t name names, but the previous person before him was a drag. Giovanni came in and things improved. I can’t say it enough: he is the reason I’m giving this place five stars. If I could, I’d give him 10 out of 5. Giovanni is marvelous, Giovanni is awesome, and he deserves to be promoted immediately. Giovanny keep breaking barriers you gave me strength where i am weak. He came to my house and personally took me himself to job site than was a shoe in for me

I had the pleasure of working with Giovanni and Ingrid while receiving assistance at Go Staff, and they were both incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Go Staff is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a stepping stone and a chance to move forward. Highly recommend!
