I have never worked for a company where I felt like my safety was at risk and I was a Roadside Supervisor. I'm glad I resigned when I did. Be careful with working with companies that make you feel the need to protect yourself more than they can promise.

I feel that assistance is provided selectively, as if certain individuals are prioritized over others. I had a negative experience with my case worker, Davi, who seemed uninterested in addressing my needs. We’re encouraged to build strong relationships with our case workers through consistent communication, but it becomes difficult to do so when our calls and messages go unanswered. Overall, the staff often come across as unapproachable & unprofessional, which creates an uncomfortable environment.

It's to help people find employment that are either recently paroled from prison, down and out, haven't had a job in a while, it serves the underprivileged, and it is very effective and they go out of their way to help. They go above and beyond , actually.
