I’ve been trying to get my 2025 refund now for three months. They made me send pictures a bunch of information so then they can clear it and once I finish doing everything They tell me I’m done. And within a few weeks, I should get my refund that wasn’t the case. I had to be on a video call with them. Send them a bunch of information and now I gotta do the whole entire process over again.

Don’t expect to receive a respectful or polite experience from the lady with the burnt caramel hair at the reception desk of the taxpayers office. The moment you walk in those doors she’s gonna look at you as a burden for being there. And every converse with her is a tit for tat argument to prove her point. Not friendly or helpful at all. If it wasn’t for the security who checks everyone in at the beginning for being so kind and helpful I would’ve only given 1 star to be honest. So thank you for that gentlemen because it makes all the difference… Let’s do better on the hiring of those front desk positions though.

This is NOT the fault of the IRS --poor or no service happens when you fire or do not hire sufficient IRS staff!!! the 2025 laying off staff after 1/20/2025 is not efficient or saving$.

I try contacting them on line,calling and today I went in person and I still couldn't get help about my account I don't get a response from them.
