So I was working with Peyton. So I show up at the appointment with Peyton. What do you know I had to work with Jennifer because I was being rude to Peyton apparently over the phone when I said over the phone was like I said. Again I was corrected by Jennifer herself because according to her I had a tone in my voice because I was genuinely upset about something but I’m not allowed to express myself. Then while I was in the meeting with Jennifer she emailed Dina my vr coach in front of me while she was supposed to be listening to what I was saying. Also I told her my availability it’s very strict because I am a single parent. She said don’t put any availability on my application’s terrible advice because I had a couple of employers call me and didn’t want to work with me because they had thought my schedule was open and flexible. I had to relay to them that was not the case and they no longer wanted to complete the hiring process with me due to not having availability during those hours. I have worked with plenty of employers services to help me find a job. I’m not a fake til you make girly I’m upfront and blunt with people without using it as a weapon. Hey I may sound like a Karen or maybe not but this was the worst experience I had in a while because they expect you to be polished and fit into whatever box they say. This is America I am a free woman and I enjoy my freedom to be myself and that wasn’t the case with this establishment. Maybe I’m being finicky but I don’t kiss anyone’s butt to get some where and that exactly what you need to do here. You know could be okay with other people but she acted like what she’s doing is charity rather than actually caring about people. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

At first I was a little iffy on it. But I'm not going to lie the staff there is freaking amazing they work with me every steps of the way I successfully gained employment in my case is closed thank you encourage Arizona. Highly recommend

This team is the best, Jennifer and Dominique did everything in their power to help me get employed and their expertise is bar none they were excellent at coaching and mentoring to obtain my employment. They are true professionals they worked with me one-on-one to get everything done the way it was supposed to I really recommend this great team and I look forward to obtaining their help the next time!! They really treat you like a true friend they will never let you down as long as you do your homework. I learn from them that THERE'S NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS. Jennifer and Dominique I applaud you for the work you guys did for me and you guys are the best. I highly recommend this great team☺

I own a local business and used Encourage Arizona to find a clerical employee. I was so impressed with this free employment agency. The employees and management that work there are courteous and very friendly. They are experienced and helpful. as well. I support this company!
