The only good thing about BW Staffing is Alyssa. She is always very attentive and responds to all requests in a timely fashion. Not to mention she is very professional and is willing to go above and beyond for those seeking employment. She helped me out on several occasions as well as many people that I know. I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff Scott included. I have seen him discriminate against those seeking employment due to race and or ethnicity. Which is completely unacceptable to say the least. I would not have ever dealt with this company if it hadn’t been for Alyssa. She brings a lot to the table and genuinely cares about those seeking employment and does whatever it takes to place you in a position that suits your needs. Thank you Alyssa you’re truly amazing at what you do and should be recognized for all of the hard work that you do for this company. This company is better because of you and I all of your efforts and willingness to assist those seeking employment opportunities. Keep up the good work! I only gave low scores and a one star review because of the company not Alyssa.

I had the opportunity to watch Alyssa run her office like a well oiled machine. Her work ethic and professional can do attitude was amazing to watch. She multi-tasked answering phones and interacted with the employee's as they came into the office and never missed a beat. She made it feel like a family atmosphere, her employee's treated her with so much respect as she thanked them and they thanked her for providing employment for them. She blessed our daughter with a wonderful job and our daughter continues to excel and grow with the company that hired her full time. BW Staffing's reputation has rates among the best staffing companies in the city because of Alyssa's hard work and dedication to her job. Signing up with this agency was one of the single best decisions I've made. I was struggling to find a job for months and within about 1 1/2 weeks they were able to find me the perfect job for my skill set. When I had issues with my interview, they were more than happy to sort it out. The sign up process was very quick and they confidently assured me that they could find me a job. They are an independent business so it may take a bit of time for them to find something. However, I truly think they are good at what they do and that they want to help people find a good fit for them. If I ever need a job again I know exactly who I am going to come to.

Let me start off by saying I'm only giving 1 star because of the Company and not Alyssa! Thank you Alyssa for being so caring and awsome at your job. You are an asset to B W Staffing and should be commended for your professionalism and honest hard work that you do. Alyssa helped me multiple times and she was adamant about finding me a job that matched my skills. I'm grateful for your dedication in finding me a job Alyssa. I hope Scott and Mike understand that having you as an employee is a blessing. Keep up the good work ALYSSA your awsome and irreplaceable!

She had me come in for an interview, and got me a job within 2 weeks. I dont start till next week but I am very blessed and give them a 5 star rating because Eli is always professional, and courteous. I thank God for them.
