I had an excellent experience working with Robert Half, especially with Lonny Miller. From the first time he reached out to me, he had already reviewed my background, career path, and work experience. Apparently, he understood the employer's expectation precisely. So, the whole hiring process went really smoothly. The communication throughout the process was outstanding — Lonny kept me updated at every stage. During the process, I was a bit hesitant as the whole thing moved so fast, and I had concerns about the relocation. But Lonny encouraged me to take the job, as he knew the company well. He just knew it would be a perfect match! Thanks to Lonny's support and insight, I successfully landed a Finance Controller position that perfectly matches my skills and career aspirations in just a week or 2. By now, I have already worked in that company for almost 4 years, and I really enjoyed my working there. Just as Lonny said, it's a perfect match!
