Went in and asked if they do walk-ins. One of the recruiters said yes so they set me up quickly. Due to my trade skills in my resume they said they will give their skill trades specialist a call and he will call me at the end of day. I never received the call, I came in the next day and they said they will contact him again and he will reach out to me. I still didn't receive a call. On the third day, I simply called their office, which they never answer, so I left a message stating they can call, text, and email me if they have an update. It's been over a week and I still haven't receive anything from them. Completely unprofessional the way they ghost you, it's a massive waste of time for people trying to find employment.

Recruiter was flat out lying to me about sending me a follow-up email with the job description so that I can accept an offer. She talked the entire time and didn't ask me any questions so if she thinks our conversation was the problem, then she must not know how to screen and ask questions in order to get what she wants out of the conversation. I called to ask why I didn't get the email, and they wouldn't answer my call from the number they had on file, but she had no problem answering when I called from a different number. When she answered, she said she'd send the email again, but she never did. I seriously don't have time for games, if you're not intending to deal with a candidate just say you'll continue to review their file and let them know if it's a match, don't make promises you're not gonna keep. It's people's livelihood you're dealing with, and it's not a joke whatsoever.

Brieanne Culler is the face/voice of Nesco Resource/Staffing Services for me. She is friendly, courteous, professional, and always very helpful for me when I contact her for work. I've worked part-time for the Phoenix Convention Center for a couple of decades and have worked for a half-dozen different companies who have had contracts with the city of Phoenix. Nesco is the best company I've worked for, mainly because of people like Brieanne who go out of their way to be there for their clients/employees. Thanks, Gary Lentz

I am employed part time by Nesco Staffing service in Phoenix, Arizona. I have worked with Brieanne Culler as my Staffing agent for a few years now. This women goes beyond to help with directions, laws that must be applied, on boarding to make sure we are in compliance with all areas of our employment. She there for us at all times, even will take calls after hours and days she not scheduled to work or out of the office. Nesco is lucky to have such a skilled intelligent employee.
