Initially with the starting process everything was great . Tammy and Yolanda were awesome. But now I’ve been on an assignment for almost a month . And my first 2 checks were never processed on time. We supposed to get paid directly on fridays . My first check hit the following Wednesday. So 3 business days later. Than when I was supposed to be paid. Almost was in a position where I didn’t have anywhere to stay because I was counting on my check to hit on time. And that’s not something an employee should have to worry about if you’re showing up for work and doing your job. It happened again on my second check. I should have been paid on Friday. They texted me after calling over 10 times that Friday afternoon they were barely processing my hours. When I should have been paid already. The job I’m on assignment is awesome and I love it and hoping they hire me on with the company. But it seems like integrity simply can’t keep up with payroll. There’s some miscommunication or a bigger problem that needs to be resolved . There’s no way multiple checks should be hitting my accounts daaayyyss after I’m actually supposed to be paid. Putting your employers in a vulnerable spot. It’s kind of crazy.

Yolanda is amazing she was attentive polite and overall a pleasant recruiter to speak to .She helped with any questions never rude only helpful. David was a great recruiter he was polite and let me know he would be in touch with me to prepare for my interview great customer service at integrity staffing anyone look for a job give them a call stop by the office if your looking for a job.
