The city of phoenix resources needs to change their policy when people are in need of help regardless of how much their income is. Just because a person may make enough doesn’t mean that they still aren’t struggling especially during these times. What phoenix apartments charge for rent is ridiculous, there are no resources for women who do not have children.

Just horrible, my application took 3 months to process, I sent in all required documents and waited patiently. When I was finally contacted, it was to tell me that they were out of funds now. The woman asked me if I still needed help, I said yes. She told me she would forward my application to other agencies. Then right after she hung up the phone, I received an email saying that my application had been canceled because I couldn't be reached! Even though I had just literally spoken to a worker on the phone???? I received NO HELP at all from the City of Phoenix! I guess that money went into somebody's pockets instead of helping residents who really need HELP!

This review is later than I would have liked it to be. But that’s ok because my experience wasn’t time relative. Right out of the gate, if I can convey any message to whoever is reading this, it would be - don’t waste your money and time considering any other resume writing service. Just go with the Phoenix services. Trust me, I would know. My job is extremely specific and the languages used to communicate that job description is often difficult to someone who isn’t involved. Robert took the time (and even extended the time) necessary to research whatever he could to understand the nuances of my trade. Then he composed an awesome resume which met and exceeded my expectations going into the deal. Just know that at least for me, it wasn’t a overnight production. I waited to for the final products for a time that some may consider inconvenient. Honestly I would say give yourself a cushion for adjustments but know that that the wait IS WORTH IT. The attention to detail is not something your will experience elsewhere. You.ll be lucky to speak with a live person with some other resume writing service online. You can waster your $ elsewhere and be unsatisfied. I’m glad I didn’t. GO with the Phoenix. Also, it’s quite apparent and obvious that Robert takes pride in his craft. That’s my opinion. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that he maintained from start to finish was impressive. I’m glad I got to tap into his process and be delivered a product that I can show off. His level of experience alone was enough to keep me interested. RObert isn’t a rookie. His skills and knowledge speak for themselves. Money well spent and I’d do it again. If you want the same experience I had, go with Robert.
