Rude and unprofessional. A "Supervisor" was literally screeching at me on the phone, And I don't ever use that word. The re-employment service they offer is a waste of time and not helpful to anyone whose had any type of professional job or experience in the working world. A complete waste of time, and tax payer dollars. The State needs to shut this program down or re-asses and use the money saved to give people on unemployment bigger checks. Frankly, as a tax payer im appalled at this program.

There are some very rude people that work there. From the counter help to a supervisor! I feel really bad for people that have to deal with them alot. First time for me but a really bad impression. Do they not know that they are serving people in need? A little kindness goes a long way for them!

I bring clients here a few times per week which is okay. But if I’m being honest I do not like the way the male in the office speaks to some of the people there when they ask for help but maybe he’s just naturally a rude person.

Absolutely horrible service. The phone operator stated they were open until 5pm. The site and door says 5 pm. Liars trying to avoid paying unemployment...worst service ever. 🖕when I arrived I was told they closed at 4:15 pm.
