This is the worst location ever! They take their sweet time to do everything. Barely answer the phone, barely respond to emails, and NEVER return calls after being left a voicemail. This place needs to be shut down or put under better management. Wish I could have given 0 stars because they don’t even deserve one star.

I see negative reviews but this locations the staff is prompt with any Enrollment Service building your going to find issues that arise but the Fset program helped me to obtain my CBRF and they have several training in different fields available you just have to be willing to to be patient and put in the work and yes calls are not answered or returned promptly or sometimes at all it’s simply could be due to staffing issues but I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location and they even help you with gas cards/ bus tickets during training to make sure you get there Thank a million

It was a little creepy. But, once I was seen, the people were Very Nice...It wasn't as cold, and aloof, as I'd experienced on the past. Perhaps the attitudes are changing. After all the people of this State all deserve opportunity, and the best the State can offer.... I was referred there by Milwaukee County Veterans Service. Please thumbs up if You like this review...

The fset program will prolong and waste your time. If you like or need basic courses great. If you want to get directly into certification this is not for you. They purposely delay your actual certification. And will not let you skip or bypass. This program is a hinderance for any functional adult.
