Not only were they so willing to help as much as possible, the customer service was incredible. Jessica Johnson wasn't my case worker but she went completely out of her to ensure that I was assisted and she explained the process thoroughly. Her patience and kindness went such a long way. Thank you so much!

I was facing Eviction and applied for help through this company. They were able to help me and avoid an eviction. I am truly grateful. Erica Coles was really kind and understanding, and I was able to receive help quickly. Jessica Johnson was also really nice when I went into the office to receive the funds. I truly appreciate everything. Now I can focus on my new job and schoolwork.

I can't thank them enough for helping me when I was at my lowest. I'm going through a bitter break-up and custody battle with my daughter's mom. I left everything behind and relocated to a different city. Broke, homeless, unemployed, and behind on child support payments. The employees at America Works are genuinely helpful. They want everyone to become a success story. Thanks to Gwen, Jessica, Wendy, Tim, Mike, who provide multiple and various opportunities of employment, education, and financial support to people who need it. Thank you all so much. My daughter also thanks you for helping Daddy.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Jessica she’s very sweet and professional ! It was exactly what I needed, and the customer service was exceptional. OVERALL, the entire staff was just sooo sweet and helpful in soooo many ways from entering inside the building. They have daycare for kids in case you don’t have anyone to watch your kid(s) and trust the daycare teacher have a loving spirit. I can go on and on about this building I’ve highly recommend coming here.

So first of all, I went into the wrong building wrong location, but Miss Jessica Johnson was so nice and so helpful. She helped me login to the computer and into my account so that I can complete my applications online. I was so grateful to her because this is a tough time in my life, and it was no judgment extremely easy and very helpful.
