Im a provider and i accept ccs payments...if i could give this place a negative star i would...everytime i call no matter the time of day, no body ever answers. I leave voicemails and nobody ever calls back! Its terrible thinking this company os suppose to be helping my business but they hinder my business in so many ways! They are suppose to call back in 48hrs but they never do! EVER! my goal is to help low income families and this place does not help me with that goal at all. This may be my last year accepting ccs because its too much work and not enough support from these people!

This location is awesome ! Gloria with Texas Workforce is Amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate everything she did to make this process go by so smoothly.

This is just the administrative office. Had to come to a Workforce Solutions to take a typing test just to find out that those services aren't offered here. Better labeling of this location would be appreciated.

Today I was notified that I no longer have child care services due to not making enough hours at work... we’re still in the middle of a pandemic hours are being cut everywhere now I won’t have daycare or a job... thanks you guys rock
