The Recruiter that I dealt with went from one extreme to another. No consistency in communication, no professional disposition. She completely ignored my messages even after both VP and recruiter assured me that they would let me know something within a specific time frame. VP was polite yet arrogant. Not very authentic. Instead of embracing qualified people, they tend to get insecure or annoyed with people just as qualified or more experienced than them. Needless to say, after reaching out a handful of times, NOBODY responded nor communicated anything to me after my second interview. Apparently, they’re not a fan of best practices and just waste people’s time. I had applied for an internal position that paid considerably low. It was a blessing in disguise to be ghosted. If this is how they treat internal candidates, I can only imagine how they treat the others. There are too many staffing agencies to give them the time of day.

I haven't gotten to actually work for Staff Zone in San Antonio but I Have when I was in Austin and I Loved it . Made good pay and steady work every day and got to do some cool jobs most people couldn't even believe. Good safety oriented and professional people

I been coming to the office on Fredericksburg off and on for the past two weeks. This one guy applied one day and the next day came in and did not get send out but the second day he did get send out. As for me still waiting, so with that what do you all think if you would just seeing this. What would you all think of this?

Waited 3 days for work and they never sent me. Not a first come first serve basis and honestly I think that's bull. I've waited 3 while days for work from 4:45am -noon watching everybody being sent to work even people that were there hours after me just to be told there's nothing they can do for me. Wasting my time and my family needs money. Horrible place and horrible staff. IF YOU NEED MONEY DO NOT COME HERE THEY DO NOY CARE AMD CHOOSE THEIR FRIENDS BEFORE YOU IF YOURE NEW.
