This was a challenging case but from the beginning HKM has been in my corner or I should say by side, more so Standing up for me and fighting for what’s right! I can’t get into detail due to the legality of my case but please understand, if I could I would to better understand what i experienced and how the firm and my attorney fought not only the company but also the rights as an employee as well. And this was not an overnight or a two week, nor a month, this took some time but well worth it!!! At the same time my wonderful Attorney had the patience, experience, and expertise and always kept me posted with updates whether it was with calls, emails, texts always! And always, responding to me quickly with my endless questions !!! I will always give HKM as a referral to anyone I come across, although I would hope no one would have to experience what I did in the workplace or an employer but if so they need HKM!!!

I highly recommend this law firm. Taylor Jones was my attorney, and from day one she was incredibly thorough, responsive, and always kept me informed every step of the way. I completed so many intakes and was honestly close to giving up, but from the moment she reached out, I knew we were locked in. Taylor was incredibly attentive to what I wanted, never pressured me, and truly advocated for my best interests. I looked up this firm as it was recommended to me. I called and was so disappointed that they use AI to screen their calls and it doesn't get you over to a human to speak with. I'm not willing to spend thousands with a firm that I wouldn't be able to contact about the case. This is disappointing as I heard good things about them. I hate AI is taking over human contact.
