Element Staffing has been such a great agency for me over the past 6 months! My recruiter, Maricruz, was incredibly helpful and professional in placing me, and made sure to check in frequently in case I needed assistance or had any questions. All of the staff were kind and caring and my experience was wonderful! I would absolutely recommend them!

This was my first time going through this agency and it was a great experience for me. Tracy was easy to contact and able to answer any questions I had or found the answer to it! It was a very smooth, simple process and I am very happy to of done business with them

I am so extremely happy with this staffing company. Tracy was super responsive to all my questions and was also a fantastic encourager. This review is for Element Staffing as a whole but Tracy represents the company amazingly. She has consistently gone up to bat for me each time and has made sure to follow up regularly with me to see how I’m doing. Tracy has been my therapist, friend, and everything else in between whenever I needed it. Although I have not worked with Jake much he also brings a lot of knowledge and industry experience to advise me on which jobs will fit me the best. I have been placed permanently but will miss working with Element Staffing.
