Will accuse you of doing something and not let you prove your innocence. My husband was sent to Pelton Sheppard in east fort worth. And was fired because someone around him smelled of Marijuana, and when he asked the staffing agency if he could prove he was not the one and come in to the office and do a drug screen they said no, he could not, and barred him from working with them ever again. WHY WOULD THEY NOT LET HIM COME IN AND CLEAR HIS NAME???? Cause they want to "side with their clients. That client STILL HAS THAT PERSON WHO WAS.DOING THAT ON THIER PAYROLL, THAT ACTUAL GUILTY PERSON IS STILL AT PELTON SHEPPARD. It was the branch manager that started arguing with my husband, telling him "no, you can't come in the office and do the drug screen. We are siding with the client, and if you come to the office to clear your name they will call the cops on him. Look, I work for Lockheed Martin, and my husband does not smoke anything but cigarettes. We have 4 kids, have been trying to find him a job for close to a year, and when we do some other persons problems screw us!! HOPE THEIR HAPPY WITH THE PERSON THAT THEY KEPT THAT WAS REALLY SMOKING MARIJUANA ON THE JOB SITE, CAUSE HE IS STILL THERE, THEY DIDNT FIRE HIM, THEY FIRED THE FATHER OF 4 WHO MUST HAVE BEEN WALKING BEHIND THE GUY THAT WAS. SHAMLESS!!!!! And I see the owner replies to the sweet cheary reviews, but I bet they don't reply to this one or hold their employees responsible, I think I'm reaching out to corporate. Cause there should have been NO REASON he shouldn't have been allowed to come to the office and do another drug screen, he did one the day before and was willing to come prove it wasn't him. And ALSO, I DID just contact their corporate office in Ohio.

It’s first come first serve for jobs. They keep your information but don’t do anything with it unless you call for job updates. They also don’t have active job listings on their website so it’s impossible to tell what they have available. I’ve been looking for a job over a month and haven’t heard a single thing from these people
