May 2026 update: if the EEOC is continuing to miss the mark, contact the the city's Civil Rights office. I did it out of despair and they are extremely communicative and timely. You can also call the EEOC mumber listed. You will be on hold for an eternity BUT a non-local rep immediately called me back and escalated my issues for me. The appointments are all reserved, all the time. I have yet to ever speak to someone on the phone and no one has called me ever to follow up on anything. After I get done yelling into the void, I'm reporting the office. Because how on Earth are you working to support and advocate for anyone when the office is impeding the steps mandated to get help. If anyone else comes hear to complain, I strongly encourage you to also report them especially because they are a government agency.

Ain't no way I filed last year in April 25 when the harassment reached peak. After months of waiting for an interview because online scheduler had no opening that went up into June 26. Finally 12/12/25 had someone reach out. Say they would call me at a certain time. I clear my schedule but he didn't call until way later when I had to get back to meetings. Who came up with this fraud system? I emailed him back asking can he please call again because I cleared my scheduled for the time promised. This man said just get the form and fill out out. No form attached. I had to go back 4 emails months ago to get a form worth no return address or fax number. I've emailed it to him asking where do I send it with no response. My deadline is coming do to this slow and very unprofessional back and forth. Do anyone know where i send this form? My lawyer been waiting on this process too complete smmfh

This office should be investigated by the government. I can see why funding gets cut for an office like this. Diandra, since you work at the EEOC you probably should not say things like “you don’t get a free pass” when speaking with people about retaliation cases and you didn’t know what ASD is. You defended Billie Cashaw not reading evidence and said it’s not the EEOCs job to ensure documents are opened when case investigators had 7 months doing literally nothing. Also disturbing this office has cited that an ADA interactive process after employee disclosed disability “write up” is ok - shout out to Billie for studying up on that one. This office took over a year to hardly glance at evidence and became dismissive and unprofessional when people were reported.

These guys do not do their job. I filed an inquiry online weeks ago. I've tried to get an appointment at the local office, but to no avail. I'm going to their website to schedule any three venues of appointments. All the venues say no appointments available. How is this possible? Someone needs to oversee this part of the federal government. Now I can't even get into their website what allows you to check and see if you can get an appointment. There's something wrong with their website. I almost wonder if they're trying to discourage people from filing EEOC claims. Unbelievable.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for an intake interview since December of 2025. The automated system tells you to go online to schedule appointments however there are no open slots no matter what day you go or what time of the day you do it I have been trying for months. My next step is to submit complaints to the departments above, I am not sure if this is a tactic to discourage individuals from submitting cases but it's defeating the purpose of the existence of this organization people are unable to even be seen.
