It is an environment where teamwork and great customer service makes you want to continue to work for them. From the recruiting staff, kudos to Alex Johnson and Robin) who keep you informed of the recruiting process every step of the way. This will not be complete without mentioning David Gilmore who is at the top of his game every single day. David will never let you miss anything. To David, you are an excellent leader. It doesn’t matter how late you reach out to him, he answers. He is always at your beck and call. Overall, kudos to Insight Global. You are simply the best.

Had a very poor experience with this location. Before they presented me to a client they sent multiple updates via text and email, I was even asked to do a last minute interview when someone was late, only to be told "oops! They just showed up for the interview." My interview was postponed by the client, but I eventually received one. Following the interview I waited for around a week to be told that the client was trying for additional capital to bring me on. My recruiters left me sitting and waiting with no updates for a month. Instead of simply saying that they went with someone else when I reached out to the company I was ignored. This agency can eat a bag of richards.

It lines up perfectly with where I add the most value — working across platforms, shaping creative systems, and collaborating directly with decision-makers to elevate the product and brand. I enjoy roles where I can zoom out to define a cohesive vision, but also zoom in to make sure the craft is solid. Reporting to leadership is exciting because decisions move faster and the impact is clearer. At this stage, I’m looking for opportunities where I can influence the direction of the product while still staying hands-on, and this role fits that balance really well.
