Hi this is Stacy when's the first step Staffing and they were closed I had a sign on the door I'll go back tomorrow I did call two numbers and went straight to the answering machine. Hi this is Stacy just wanted to let people know that I went to First Step Staffing and went to orientation and the same day went to work very professional very polite and they do have rules by far I'll give him five stars they got me working for an auction moving cars how fun

A friend of mine was told to come into the office to do an application and attend orientation on a Tuesday. Once they arrived at the office they noticed that no one was available and able to open the doors during their alleged business hours after previously being told to come in. When they seen that no one was going to answer the door of the office they called to speak with a representative only to be RUDELY handled and mismanaged. The attitude and tone of this sassy male rep was absolutely uneccessary. If this agency wants to attract articulate and dependable talent, then I'd sure hope they get someone on the front lines who understands what good customer service actually looks and sound like. I absolutely would not recommend this agency, if this is how it starts, I can only imagine to terror it would be to actually work with them.

I was fired for not waving my hand the way lexi wanted, and when I defended myself, she made it like was talking back or not listening, I told her I didn't like being talked down, or talked at, and she fired me, remind you that my job she complained about was waving one door at a car auction, absolutely trash treatment, only 4 hours a day Tuesday and Wednesday..and 12 an hour,im considered DNR after me not staying an hour after I was sent home to talk, or beg her to keep the job...Hopefully i get paid this week since they haven't paid a few people in a couple weeks
