Regal Personnel was extremely helpful during my job search. I was able to sit down with both Adria and Kristen to go over my resume and discuss possible job opportunities. Adria clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge because she had amazing ideas, and suggestions during my whole job search. Kristen thoroughly reviewed my resume and helped me make several improvements to make it stand out against other candidates. Adria and Kristen were always eager to help me in any way possible. They prepared me for my interview by giving me tips, potential questions and answers and even making suggestions on what I should wear. I have never felt so confident and comfortable before walking into an interview. Thanks to the talented ladies at Regal Personnel I will soon be starting an exciting new position, earning more than I was previously, and also receiving full benefits. I loved working with Adria and Kristen and I would not hesitate to do it again!

I moved back to Texas in 2007, I had placed my resume in different places on the web and within a few days I received a call from Adria Pearl at Regal Personnel. She told me about an opportunity that suited my experience and sparked my interest. My initial introduction with Adria was thorough but relaxed; her personality makes her very easy to speak to. A few days later I was headed to a formal interview with her client. It was one of the most in-depth interviews I had ever been on, but Adria had prepared me so well that it was actually one of the most enjoyable hiring experiences I ever had. I'm proud to say that after 8 years I still work for the same company. I wouldn't be where I am today if Adria hadn't found me so many years ago, Thank You!!!

Adria and Kristen are refreshing and wonderful to work with! They both have so much experience in the recruiting and staffing industry, and they add a personal touch to every single candidate and position. I am consistently impressed with their communication and dedication to projects. As busy as they may be, they always have time to interview each candidate and prepare them for the interview with the client. I just moved to Dallas from Chicago and for a little over one month I was having difficulty obtaining a job. Once I applied to a position through Regal, I received a call right away from Adria and scheduled an interview. The process was so quick and I received an offer for the job! Adria and Kristen were incredibly helpful with my job search and Adria is the best at what she does. If you are looking for someone who will place you in a job that they know will suit you, your needs, and make you happy...Adria is the person to go to! She truly cares about the individual and doesn't just place someone because the position needs to get filled. I am beyond appreciative for Adria and Kristen's help in finding me my amazing job!

Regal Personnel placed me in my present position. At that time I was working out of my home, and after four months of looking, had almost given up on finding a tax manager's position with a public accounting firm. Adria's phone call changed the direction of my career. The position she was trying to fill was a perfect fit for me. I am in my fifth year and love the work, the clients, and my co workers. Recently, Regal Personnel accomplished what seemed to be impossible. They found an auditor for a position with our firm. The firm had been searching for months for the right person, and had other search firms looking. Regal came through and found a person who is a pleasure to be around, and technically proficient.
