The only redeeming thing about this hotel is location in general its not good. Do not get the pull out bed rooms with the intention of actually using it. Its so uncomfortable. Just get a room with 2 beds. The pictures you see of the room have to be from many many years ago because the rooms are an absolute mess. Floors peeling, broken mirror frames, mold at the air conditioner, the dirtiest floors I have had in a hotel in years. If having a dark room to sleep in is important to you, this is not the place for you. The curtains are at least 6 inches away from the wall on top and light comes straight in and illuminates the entire room all night long. Dirt just everywhere. The pool towels that you are required to get from the front desk only fit around my 2 year old. The rest of us just had to pat dry because they were so small. Roaches in the bathroom. I found one at 11 at night while traveling with 3 small children. I went to the front desk to ask if they would comp us a night or something because this room was gross. And they said my booking was non refundable so... nope. Honestly....spend the slightly extra money and go someplace actually nice. The whole place is a mess.

If I could give this property a negative review I would. We came down to Bakersfield for my nephews school to honor him at graduation. He was murdered at 15 years old and the high school he was attending let the family accept his diploma for him. So emotions were already high because of what we were dealing with. The First Lady with the colorful hair was so nice and helpful, but then the general manager Maritza came on and she treated us as if we were the scum of the earth. Every little thing she complained about to make our stay horrible. My sister had her service animal for her narcolepsy plus emotional support from her son being murdered and Maritza was so inconsiderate. She told her the dog was not a real service dog and that she had to pay for her. Not only that but my sister was having problems with her card so I used mine for her deposit. Without even asking Maritza added a pet fee to my payment. I did not authorize her to charge me for the pet fee only the down payment and she told me I had no other option after she already ran my card, which is so unprofessional. We also had 5 kids between the 2 of us and she said we had a noise complaint at 11/12 pm which is a lie because i know we were asleep before 11:30. She can clearly see we had a lot of kids and we kept them in line. There was a dead roach in my room and I giant one walking the hallways. The bed sheets kept coming off the bed so the bare mattress kept coming out which is disgusting. My blanket and sheets had stains on them and the towels hanging up had hair on it. There was hair also in the bathtub. Then they randomly closed the pool after I asked to extend my stay. This is not a family friendly place and Maritza made our stay horrible! She should be re-trained on how to treat people. Not everyone that comes through those doors is the drug addicts I seen all around that place and also staying there. You have no idea what people are going through that’s why every person should be treated with grace and understanding.

Right near a Tesla Supercharger. Beds are insanely comfortable and the price was such a great value I feel you'd have to be brain damaged to stay somewhere else. The breakfast was great as well. Especially the coffee and the waffle maker! Sausage was great, not soggy or wet like other places I've been.

I would make it 0 if I could. I recently stayed with your hotel from 3/7 - 3/9 and the room we had was completely unacceptable. There were water roaches everywhere. Mold in the bathrooms. The room was dirty and there was dog fur all over the place. There was no ventilation due to the only window being permanently locked also blocking our only fire escape.

Never cominack here again, first room I walked into had palmetto bugs dead on the floor in the restroom and next to the bed. I got shown two other rooms, the next one had the weather strip hanging off the door so bugs, dust or whatever else can come in and the past had a dead big in the bathtub and they said they don't do refunds so had to suck it up. The place is dirty, carpets are dirty and the place has water strains. Coming from the hospitality industry and having worked for five star venues, the booking to this place was honestly a mistake and wouldn't recommend it, these things need to be sorted out to service customers, it's not ok. Due to that I didn't have breakfast, didn't trust that at all and the coffee was not good at all, it felt like the cheapest of the cheapest almost like old tea bag being used as coffee. So sad to have to write this but this needs to be handled if these guys want to see a future.
