I came to total staffing looking to move forward with my life in the best way possible. Not only was I bamboozled,but they played with my livelihood as if people mean nothing to them. I knew that signing on as a temp working that i would undergo a background check and, it would be thoroughly checked in therefore disclosed any information that would derailed any opportunity for me. I disclosed said information and was told by lady in second desk that this wouldn't be a problem seeing that you are coming up on seven year period. Total staffing accepts application, drug test etc. Total staffing then sends me on assignment to Avances to work for company Atco formally known as Vayan Group. I work for three weeks without incident or complaint only to be fired, and or have my assignment ended due to discrepancies that where long before disclosed for every party to see. Talk about dangling a carrot or snatching a rug. For anyone applying with them make sure they do a thorough job, securing you a position an any profession, because it can be devastating to start making promises just to have it ruined. Other people can only take you by your word, what does it say when you can't hold up due to job securement. Mind you I put this opportunity to work for total staffing on hold to pursue other opportunities that where near me. The amount of time total staffing had to evaluate my entire process was ample enough to come to conclusion. I don't not feel like it's fair not only for me but anyone seeking change in life.

Worst experience with a staffing agency ever and I’ve been to allot since I was 18. First off they didn’t explain that the address they sent us to on the first day wouldn’t be the permanent address of the assignment many days we was transferred in a van to go to another job site. They did say sometimes it wouldn’t be work but on two occasions I went up there just to be turned around. One day she says she will compensate me for an hour, like that mean anything I have to wait a week for that meanwhile my money gone now. The second time this idiot woman woke me up out my sleep I told her I didn’t want to go because it was already past start of shift time, she said it was okay so I went. When I arrived and called the number she told me to call they didn’t answer neither did she. I texted her that day and told her to end my assignment the rude lady didn’t even apologize and just text back noted the night after. If you do go here hopefully you don’t get the same site manager as me. She’s the one for universal/ gm you’ll be transferred from Arrington to Grand Prairie to work. Many times you’ll arrive and it won’t be work. Good luck

The worst place to come to look for a job was where a lady named Maria tried to help me, but she had a bad attitude. While she was talking to me, she smelled like liquor. How professional does that look for this company? Don't come here.

I had a fantastic experience working with Total Staffing! From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunity. Actually now they receive 2 stars ..for starters all 3 staff members asked me for the 5 star review and provided inconsistent work information. Once applying which in fact did go easy..but the response on what they had available and what i applied for was limited. I was called that same day to go into a job as an inspector, only to get called back to tell me they have it on hold and then the following day they called to to go in, and it was a base on performance job. It's not even that! the job is easy. The fact is that there's not enough work, we about 4 of us showed up and got turned away. We are placed on call for now. The people at the job location told us about how the job functions with (us) works more than the agency communicated. I am dissatisfied with their communication and ability to provide work replacement.
