If you want your time to be wasted and end up being sent back home, go there because that’s exactly how unprofessional they are. They don’t give people second chances. If you somehow lose the job they placed you in, they’ll tell you to come to the office, then completely change their attitude and disrespect you when you arrive. They’ll make you wait for an hour just to tell you they don’t have anything available at the moment, even though they were the ones who told you to come in through a phone call. It feels like they just waste people’s time and don’t genuinely want to help. The front desk experience and the recruiters were some of the worst I’ve dealt with. They’ll give you their contact information, but they never follow up and never answer calls or text messages. It seems like they don’t care because they’re only there for a paycheck. Being a recruiter is supposed to mean helping people find jobs and supporting them through the process. If you’re not willing to help people, then maybe this job isn’t for you. It’s shameful to waste people’s time when they have bills to pay and are urgently trying to find work. I wish i could give them 0️⃣ star.

If you want to be misled by a company while looking for new opportunities, this would be the place to go. Considering my background in staffing, employee development, training, and recruiting, the communication from this company when setting up the interview was extremely misleading. Based on how the interview was presented, I believed I was interviewing for a position with their company. I drove to the location and, after sitting in the parking lot and observing for a few minutes, began to question what the interview was actually for. I then contacted the office while still in the parking lot and was informed that this was not an interview for a role with their company at all — it was simply an intake interview to add job seekers to their staffing pool. This should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Instead, the way it was presented felt intentionally misleading and wasted my time. This was one of the most misleading and frustrating experiences I have had with any company, and I am sharing this as a warning to others!!!

My experience at KP staffing Arlington location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My recruiter miss Cynthia was very polite, and I got the job thanks to all the staff at KP Arlington they are amazing 🤩
