The new facility is good but the call center reps are not on the same page. They lie and provide false information to the public giving us the run around.

Ms Love was so much help to us. She went above and beyond to assist us and led us in the right direction. She joyfully answered all of our questions and concerns. She's a gem.

Hate to leave negative reviews but receptionist had horrible attitude from the start and was very rude. Had to figure out everything on my own since she did the bare minimum before sending me on my way. Understand people need to work to earn a living but at least act like you care about your job or do something different that doesn’t require you to interact with people in their time of need

The receptionist Mr.Potter..was cool as hell..and the Black lady literally helped sit me down and got me straight within 20mins..this ish took me week online and about two more weeks to just figure out what I needed to do .these beautiful BLACK ppl...got me all the way organized and prepared for the next four months..within 20 minutes...special shout out yo Mr Potter...even he look like Mike Tyson Daddy and that Lady at that desk look like her Thanksgiving is like Shirley's Ceaser... 🤣
