The absolute staff that runs at the front desk of the LOBBY Are completely atrocious in no way shape of someone helped me. Been coming there for 16 straight weeks every single Monday. I’ve never seen a person worked a security desk this morning, but just because I didn’t have an ID but plenty other forms of identification she would not let me up! I will be following up with her security company and with this every single day until I get satisfaction

My experience with PA CareerLink in Philadelphia was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. As a first-time visitor, I was sent from one front desk to another just to speak with someone. Eventually, I was told to check in on a computer, only to be directed to another staff member who told me to come back on Thursday for a class. I followed the instructions, came back, and sat through a long and unclear presentation about the organization instead of anything practical or helpful. After that, I was scheduled for another appointment — a full month later. I brought all the required documents, expecting that something meaningful would finally be done. However, after waiting an entire month and making multiple early morning trips to Center City, I was told that there are no available opportunities and nothing they can offer me. The entire process feels disorganized, inefficient, and unnecessarily complicated. It seems like the system is designed to move people around rather than actually help them find jobs or training. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.

It works as it functions. Can be a bit confusing as sometimes people don't guide you though the process clearly downstairs. Upstairs it's better organized. It was very warm inside upstairs.

As an employer, working with Career Link Suburban Station is always a pleasure. They are extremely detail orientated, attentive, and organized. I always enjoy coming here for job fairs and or in person/ on site interviews. Charmaine is such an incredible help and is so kind, she has a beautiful spirit! The whole staff here is professional and friendly, it's always a wonderful experience! I appreciate this Career Link very much, If I could give more stars, I would!
