WENT UNPROFESSIONAL FAST!! Was first head hunted by Brooke back and December. Originally she got me far into the interview process however was not picked (no worries, totally get it). However months after Brooke continued to contact me about opportunities which I appreciated. I was fortunate enough to make it far into the interview process with other companies. When Brooke reached out to me about a confidential job opportunity i listened and was open to the idea before finding out I was the final candidate for another position. I fell sick and had to reschedule the interview Brooke was pushing. After getting better I communicated to broke that I am no longer going to be moving forward with the vague “confidential” interview process. Brooke’s first text back was “ Can you please honor the interview? This really doesn't look great on me after rescheduling for you.”… I was little taken back but told Brooke that this is no reflection on her it is my decision. She proceeded to argue with me. “ I am just confused on how you rescheduled with me and did not realize you had two other interviews the same day.. and then only let me know when I texted, two hours beforehand.”… I mean talk about unprofessional!!!! Why should a recruiter I had never reached out to lecture me on my decision. I am not here to help her feel less “confused”. I think some communication training wouldn’t go a miss. If working with Brooke please be aware.

This was my first time dealing with FirstPro and I am impressed. My recruiter, Blake Gilbert was excellent from start to finish with helping me find a good fit job. Blake’s communication was always quick and up front. I appreciate the business connection I have made with FirstPro all thanks to Blake. Thanks again Blake!
