I was one of the lucky souls whose name got pulled from the unemployed party hat for the RESEA program (Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment). If chosen, there are 3 in person visits required in order to keep your unemployment benefits. I really don't know what this RESEA program was supposed to do bc they did not request to see my job searches, they searched the OK Job Match for job openings. 1 - 2 of the 3 job openings they told me about each visit, I had applied for already. If they would've checked my jobs searches (a requirement to keep my unemployment benefits) they would've seen that. They also made a copy of my DL each time I visited...dunno how many black & white copies of that were needed...so yeah.

I spoke with Amber, at the Tulsa location, on August 1, 2025, because I still have not received my unemployment payments, something I was explicitly told would be sent to me in the mail (no later than ten business days). Even though they failed to give me any prior notice as to why I did not receive said mail, Amber was extremely authoritative and argumentative, stating I had only two options: (1) they expedite my card in 3-5 businesses days and charge me $15 or (2) they send a card out in the standard shipping timeframe. I HAVE TO PAY RENT TODAY, AND YOU GUYS MESSED UP AGAIN! This location has terrible reviews for a reason. I have been lied to, on numerous occasions, usually due to improper training and negligence, and I have been sent on a merry-go-round by this particular site, approximately six times total. I asked Amber, if I may speak with her supervisor, and she ended up refusing. Amber even spoke for Tracy, that is, the supervisor, and said she refused to speak with me as well. A state government agency cannot refuse the public for services they are required by law to render. I am filing a complaint with The Attorney General's Office, because what's going on at this location needs to stop. Overall, this location is getting tax payer dollars and they are refusing to service their clients! Just read the other comments here. I am not the only one. This location lacks empathy and accountability. This agency is supposed to be for The People! This agency is NOT to be used as a way to get paid while treating people like scum. Amber and Tracy, you both need to think about your actions, because what you guys did was totally unprofessional. Your office will most definitely be reported to higher authority as previously stated. Overall, if you have a fragile ego, then you shouldn't be working in a state government position that involves working with people who are frustrated and at their lowest. Have some respect for The People that give you a job.

The trouble I see the most here is finding the location. It's on the WEST side of the old Eastland Mall next to RadNet. Suite 825. There was no signage at the top of the doors, but visible suite 825 on the window. Please give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful. It builds my Google profile for my reviews. Thank you!
